Our farm offers group events and birthday parties, including an orchard tour and hay wagon ride, on a reservation only basis.

GROUP EVENTS
Organizations such as Schools, Preschool, Scouts and equivalent are all welcome. Each group event includes and all of the following must be scheduled in advance:
   • A 2 hour duration
   • A 30 minute hay wagon ride around the orchard
   • Free hay wagon ride and tour for the leader
   • Hay wagon ride and tour - $3.00 per person
   • Tour of packing house is free if you choose
   • Snack (cider and holes) - $1.25 per person
   • Add-ons dependent upon the season:
       - Pick your own apples - $3.50 per 1/4 peck bag
       - Sugar pumpkins:
             - $2.50 each without apple picking
             - $2.00 each if you also pick your own apples
       - Jack-be-littles, we-be-littles & gourds - $1.00 each

As follow up to your prior confirmed reservation, we require the leader to provide the number of attendees phoned in no later than the day before the group event, and let us know if they are planning to have lunch here. BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Plan you or your child's special birthday party at our farm. Each birthday party includes:
   • A 2 hour duration
   • A 30 minute hay wagon ride around the orchard
   • Picnic table usage
   • You bring your own food (pizza, cake, etc.) and decorations
   • Fee for use of the place $100.00, plus $3.00 per person for the hay ride
   • Add-ons dependent upon the season:
       - Pick your own apples - $3.50 for 1/4 peck bag
       - Sugar pumpkins:
             - $2.50 each without apple picking
             - $2.00 each if you also pick your own apples
       - Jack-be-littles, we-be-littles & gourds - $1.00 each

Children can experience sitting on an old tractor, or can run around and play in the side area next to the former dairy barn, which has been renovated into a retail farm market.

As follow up to your prior confirmed reservation, we require the leader to provide the number of attendees phoned in no later than the day before the birthday party. You are required to setup and decorate the picnic area. We ask that you have one person available to direct cars of party-goers. We request that you watch the children yourselves and clean up after the party. ADDITIONAL EVENT DETAILS
• Pricing shown is current year, and subject to change without notice.
• Advance reservations for all events is required.
• No deposit required, payment in cash, check, or approved major credit card.
• Upon arrival, must have complete payment for number of people.
• Depending on age of riders, we can have 30 to 60 people on the wagon. If you have a large group we have the ability to use two wagons.
• No rain dates are made because that would hold two days for each group. If the day arrives for a scheduled trip is too rainy (a light rain will not stop us) we can then re-schedule for a later day that is available.
• Lunch entails whatever you as a group decide to bring. Food deliveries, such as pizza are acceptable.
• Garbage cans are available, we require you to clean up after yourselves. We will wash the tables after you leave.
• A group or birthday can have any or all parts of an event.
• If time runs over, or if two small groups are here simultaneously, we can segregate the area for each.
